| J Schnellwechselsystem SWS-I-011 Keine Einzelverschlauchung mehr Mit seinen sechs integrierten 3/2-Einschraubventilen ersetzt das Schnellwechselsystem SWS-I-011 nicht nur eine komplette Ventilinsel, sondern macht auch noch die Verlegung von Kabel- und Leitungsbündeln überflüssig. Greifer und Werkzeuge werden nicht mehr einzeln verschlaucht, sondern über die integrierten Ventile angesteuert. Bei Inbetriebnahmen und Umrüstungen lässt sich damit viel Zeit sparen - ein wichtiger Vorteil zum Beispiel in Fertigungs- und Montagelinien mit häufigen Produktwechseln. Vier Ventile frei Das Schnellwechselsystem SWS-I besteht aus einem roboterseitigen Wechselkopf und einem werkzeugseitigen Wechseladapter. Der Adapter wird über eine patentierte Kugelmechanik im Kopf selbsthemmend verriegelt und von den integrierten Ventilen mit Druckluft versorgt. Zwei der sechs 3/2-Pneumatikventile werden für die Ver- und Entriegelung des Wechseladapters benötigt, die anderen vier stehen frei zur Verfügung. Die elektrische Versorgung der Werkzeuge erfolgt über eine Kontaktplatte mit sechs freien Kontakten, die beispielsweise bis zu vier Näherungsschalter mit Strom versorgen oder ihre Signale zur Steuerung zurückführen kann. Grippers and tools no longer need individual hoses; instead, they are actuated via the integrated valves. You can save a lot of time when commissioning and re-equipping: an important advantage when it comes to production and assembly lines with frequent product changes. Four valves available The SWS-I quick-change system consists of a robot-side changing head and a tool-side changing adapter. The self-locking adapter is locked in the head by means of a patented ball mechanism, and it is supplied with compressed air by the integrated valves. Two of the six 3/2-way pneumatic valves are required for locking and unlocking the changing adapter; the other four valves are available for other tasks. The supply of electricity to the tools takes place via a contact plate with six free contacts, which supply up to four proximity switches with electricity or can return their signals to the control system.
