AMSD 3A MONORAIL AMSD 3A is an integrated magneto-resistive measuring system based on the MONORAIL MR profile guideway with an incremental, digital interface. The AMSA 3A is the starting point for this product. The profile rails are thus identical and are compatible with both AMSA 3A and AMSD 3A. The AMSD 3A version has an incremental, digital interface and a range of reading head options that permit different resolutions and allow the system to be adapted to control systems with different input frequencies. AMSA 3A The MONORAIL AMSA 3A is an integrated magneto-resistive measuring system based on the MONORAIL MR roller profile guideway with an analog voltage inter- face. This results in the provision of a compact axis with linear measurement and guidance specially for machine tool applications. No additional installation and adjustment of the measuring system is required, which provides savings in the design, manufacture and servicing of x machines. The accuracy and process relia- bility of the machine are improved. The robust housing has a complete wiper system consisting of longitudinal and cross wipers that ensure that the measuring system is extremely well protected. The AMSA 3A version has an analog voltage interface of 1 Vss for connection to all standard control systems. AMSD 4A AMSA 4A The MONORAIL AMSD 4A is an integrated magneto-resistive measuring system based on the MONORAIL BM profile guideway with an incremental, digital interface. The AMSA 4A is the starting point for this product. The section rails are thus iden- tical and are compatible with both AMSA 4A and AMSD 4A. The AMSD 4A version has an incremental, digital interface and a range of reading head options that permit different resolutions and allow the system to be adapted to control systems with different input frequencies.
