| | | 2.1. General Start and reset button can be used as follows: • Start: manual reset of the safety function according to EN 954-1, Kapitel 5.4 • Reset: error reset 2.2. PSC-POWER: Power supply • Operating voltage: DC 24 V ± 10%, max. 1 A • Secondary output voltage: DC 3.3 V ± 5%, Power-L: max. 8 A • USB: interface for programming • LED: voltage display Notice: The Booster module has to be used after 9 modules to guarantee the power supply. | | 2.3. PSC-CPU-MON The "PSC-CPU-MON" module is a module to process two category 4-inputs (s-stop). It controls all undergroups. If an input is open, all outputs of the "PSC-CPU-MON" and the following modules will be switched into a safe modus. Pressing the reset button resets the occurred error. A manual resetting can be accomplished by pressing the start button. The feedback loop is also controlled by the "PSC-CPU-MON" module. | | 2.3.1. Functional description • 2 two-channel inputs (s-stop 1 A + B, s-stop 2 A + B) • 2 semiconductor outputs (MS1 and MS2) • 2 readback loops (MS1-RB, MS2-RB) • Start button (Start), • Reset button (Reset), • PSC-CPU-MON indication This module has to be used always and placed next to the "PSC-POWER" module. | | |
