AccuRate® Series Volumetric Feeding Systems Compact, cost-effective - and a proven success These systems are known for their economy and flexibility, as well as their ease of integration into existing production lines. With over 30,000 units already sold; Schenck AccuRate®'s volumetric feeding systems are a proven, cost-effective solution for bulk solids feeding needs. With feed rates ranging from approx. 0.1 l/h up to 8,000 l/h (0.0035 ft7h to 283 ft3/h), the feeding system can be used for continuous feeding, charging and batching. The unit can process bulk materials with a particle size of up to 10 mm (0.39 in.). AccuRate® volumetric series feeding systems are highly flexible and can be used for a wide variety of applications - adding bulk solids to or removing them from processes, feeding additives, feeding extruders or compounders, or forming batches.
