The objective:
To eut 4200 parts in batch size 1 in one day (2 shifts). What's more, optimised material usage is to be achieved with remnants (min. 500 x 300 mm), which are fed and unloaded out in a continuous production process.

Schelling solution:
The Schelling board cutting station has been fully-integrated into the entire production chain, significantly reducing throughput times and increasing flexibility. Schelling realised the project in partnership with IMA and 3Tec.
