It supports parameter specification and convenient evaluation of individual measurement values and measurement plots using a PC monitor and printer. Block-structured specification of test processes allows any desired test sequence to be defined. The program supports the following types of measurement tasks: breaking strength of screws and bolts, tools or any desired elements; torque versus time or angle; threading characteristics of screws for use in wood and plastics; torque/angle characteristics of switches, hinges and bearings; threading characteristics of thread-forming metric screws; drilling and tapping characteristics of sheet-metal screws with drill tips; testing screw-locking or nut-locking materials; testing hinges, articulated ball joints, door fittings and switches; determining overall friction coefficient ìtot, head friction coefficient ìB, and thread friction coefficient ìth in accordance with ISO 16047; manual operation; motorized drive for torque and tension versus rotation angle; testing locknuts in accordance with ISO 2320, and much more. Description The testXpert® analysis program enables you to deal with complex functions in a simple, intuitive manner. The Assistant function helps you create and design test reports and export test results and plots. You can easily fashion individualized test procedures using process blocks. The program also provides extensive personalization features, powerful tools for performing complex calculations, and versatile graphic analysis features. Online help provides extensive support for every program feature, and an integrated user management facility with individual user privilege assignment completes the comprehensive functionality of this program.
