| | | |
| | The new S850 Series snap-action switch from Schaltbau offers a favourably priced, but at the same time safe and reliable alternative to cost-intensive programmable logic professional controllers (PLC). Crucial for the development of the double-break NC switch was the new standard DIN EN ISO 13849, which also forms the basis of a new EC machinery directive. Redundant systems can be realised by means of the S850, because the snap-action switch has two galvanically isolated circuits. Features: • Snap-action switch with positive opening operation • Double-break NC contacts • High resistance to shock and vibration Applications: The switch is typically used for systems and components that require a maximum of safety and reliability such as: • Point controllers | |
