Direct - identical configuration to above, but feed arrangement consists of a 10 m3 fixed feed hopper. Should oversized rock enter, the hopper can be hydraulically tilted backwards. The CJ615 crusher is a single toggle jaw crusher, characterized by attention to detail in both design and manufacture and developed with customer's real requirements very much in mind. For clean, trouble free operation, the discharge conveyor comes complete with belt scraper, steering rolls and impact bars situated under the crusher. Feed is adjusted in the crusher depending on material level through a level monitoring system. (Available with the Comfort version only) Main power is 400V AC, Control voltage is 230V AC and 24V DC Easily adapted for connection to mains electrical supply A number of sensors are situated at strategic locations to ensure a trouble free operation, and prevent against costly breakdowns. ■ In order to protect the main conveyor a material bed is situated directly under the crusher. Platforms around crusher, screen and generator, provide excellent access for inspections and maintenance. Flash lights with sirens provide visual and sound warnings, of movement and process stand by. Floodlights are fitted for night time and poor visibility working. Emergency stop buttons are situated throughout the machine. The entire machine may be manoeuvred by radio remote control and / or umbilical cord. For flexible operation between sites and to meet transport regulations the UJ640 is transported in parts. These are easily separated with the aid of the four hydraulic legs with reassembly time being minimised through this "kit" construction. The design and manufacture of the Sandvik UJ640 complies with ISO 9001, and all the directives required for CE-marking.
