Types of shaper cutters

As one of the world's largest manufactu-rers of gear cutting tools we can offer a program with a wide range of shaper cutter types featuring the brands Samputensili, Fellows and Star SU: Disk-type shaper cutters Deep counterbore-type shaper cutters Shank-type shaper cutters Special cutters for sprockets,cams, splines, timing belts and large modules Ground versions for pre-finishing andfinishing. In certain cases shaper cutters can also be supplied unground.

Services

We can personally carry out all servicesranging from project planning to delivery. The Samputensili Service Centers in Europe can remove coatings from all shaper cutters ("stripping") made by ourselves or third-party products and then grind and recoat them as required.In certain areas collection and deliveryservices are available and we can even offer complete CMS (Commodity Management System) solutions.
