Quality

All Samputensili checking and settingmaster gears are fully tested on CNC checking equipment and are delivered with an inspection certificate. Samputensili produces master gears in classes from 2 up to 6 to DIN 3962, ISO 1328-1995, AGMAand BS stan- dards.

Geometry

When available Samputensili produ- ces master gears according to the customer drawing. If no drawing is available the master gear geometry is according to DIN3970. Tothe bottom right some examples of Samputensili master gears are illustrated.

Marking

All Samputensili checking and set- ting master gears are always engra- ved with their relative reference number and geometrical data.
