Samputensili master gears are manufactured in either high speed or bearing steel. The choice of steel obviously depends on your individual needs and requirements but the fol- lowing standard material is always readily available:High speed steel Samputensili can supply master gears in high speed steel with PVD coatings. 20 MnCr 5 100 MnCr 6 100 MnCrW 4

Re-grinding

After use master gears wear and therefore need regrinding to ensure their quality. Samputensili is well- equipped for this task. Contact our nearest sales office for your regrin- ding needs.
