STORAGE The standard RAM provided allows to store to 1360 events. Data retrieval can be done using the standard JBUS protocol, orby means of a SW driver which generates the files as text format file, or as dbase format file. AdBase or spreadsheet program can be afterward used for analyzing the data.APC based application software can be supplied that allows alsoto configurate the equipment. The PTR-Q allows to detect and store, for later retrieval, thesupply voltage disturbances, as dips, over or undervoltage situations, and short or long interruptions. Panel through type, its dimensions are as per DIN standard 43700, 144x144 mm. OPERATION COMMUNICATION The device measures the RMS value of each period of the threephases, by means of and A/D converter, 12 bits plus sign, at 64 sam- ples by period. The measured value is compared to a high level threshold and a low level threshold. If the measure is between both limits, an event detection process is initiated, the type of event is defi- ned and measured, and when it has finished, stored in memory.ANICd battery provides the supply to the device in cases of totalsupply failure, and allows to store the data during extended time periods. Aserial communication line is provied to send the information sto-red to a computer or central control unit. RS232 standard can be chosen for point to point, or RS485 for multipoint communication. In this case, both two or four wire connection are available.The protocol is as JBUS/MODBUS standard, and is performed byblocks. Each event is 22 bytes long. The smallest block is 27 bytes (one event plus heading and tail), and the biggest one is 237 bytes (11 events plus heading and tail). DISPLAY ALCD 4 line, 20 characters allows to sisualze the current measu-red values, the events, stored, and the configuration parameters.When working, the screen display each phase voltage, time andhour, batery voltage, and identity number.
