Research and Development In order to continue to meet our customers’ changing needs we make significant investments into research and development in all areas of alarm and event monitoring. We will continue to launch original and innovative products to assist customers to monitor their critical processes and keep their plants running safely and reliably. Production facilities Our modern 22,000 sq ft design and manufacturing facility in the UK is equipped for the flexible demands of our market place using established lean manufacturing methods. Automated SMT production lines combined with conventional build are used in conjunction with potting and printing processes so we are able to manage the complete production process. Adequate space is available to manufacture special and bespoke systems including a full range of panel construction and wiring facilities. Quality products built to quality standards As recognition of our successful adoption of international quality systems we are audited against the ISO9001:2000 standard by the BSI and have now held this certification for almost 15 years. In additionto this certification we also have a licenceto manufacture certified products for use in hazardous areas which involves a regular third party audit by BASEEFA to their own stringent quality assurance schemes. 5 year warranty as standard Ask yourself how many companies provide only a 1 year warranty and then charge a huge additional fee for extended warranties. At RTK Instruments we provide a comprehensive 5 year warranty on all our standard products, all included within the quoted price.
