Two main product groups
There are two main groups of Roxtec products to
choose from. The type of application and requirements
of protection determine which product to
choose.
Group RM
Frames, modules and round seals
in group RM are based on 60 mm
(2.362") standard depth. Individual
products, such as RS seals, may
present a wider range of depth.
Typical areas of use are penetration
sealing of cables, metal and plastic
pipes in walls, floors, bulkheads and
decks.
Group CM
Frames, modules and round
seals in group CM are based on
the standard depth of 15-40 mm
(0.031"-1.575"). Typical areas of
use are entry sealing of cables and
smaller hoses through cabinets and
enclosures.
Both groups, RM and CM, are
available also in the EMC application
area (see chapter EMC), as well as
in the Ex application area (see separate
Ex Product Catalogue).
