ROTOMAG offers Permanent Magnet D.C. motors specially designed for Industrial Applications requiring continuous operation. These motors have TEFC construction with IP- 44/IP-55 protection for use in humid environment and ambients up to 45°. They can be operated with SCR and PWM drives.These PMDC motors are more Compact, Efficient and have higher starting torque compared to Wound field motors. High Coercively. PATENTED magnets are used to prevent demagnetization even in conditions, which involve frequent start-stops. Brushes are externally replaceable with a vent provided for cleaning the commutator to improve the maintenance effectiveness.
