Types and models œ Class II electrical appliance œ Cable Cu/PVC 2 x 0,75, 1000 mm long œ Cable Cu/Silicone 2 x 0,75, 1000 mm long œ We offer many different solutions for specific applications --> sealing, cable outlet, fittings (e.g. Silicone UL approved cable, explosion proof outlet, terminal block, Schuko plug, switchable plug and various other options). œ Class II electrical appliance œ 6,35 x 0,85 Faston, Nickel plating type œ Class I electrical appliance œ Cable Cu/PVC 3 x 0,75, 1000 mm long œ Cable Cu/Silicone 3 x 0,75, 1000 mm long Cable and Protection Options T. +39-011-96.83.111 / F. +39-011-96.83.225 Voltage (Volt) ~ 50/60 Hz = DC Power (Watt) Surface T. (°C) Length (mm) INSTALLATION NOTES œ Big cabinets need more heating power and require multiple heaters ( parallel connection ). Ask us about specific power and length; œ To maximize convection effect prefer a vertical installation and ensure a minimum clearance of 50 mm around heaters; œ PTC based heaters are self- power and temperature limiting appliances. No additional safety devices are normally needed; œ Use a hygrostat/thermostat for triggering heating at a preset level of relative humidity / cabinet-temperature ( keep ON heating circuit even when cabinet is powered OFF). SPECIAL POWER CALCULATION œ Use the following formula to calculate the required electrical heating power: P = K x S x Δt P-> required heating power in Watt; K-> transfer coefficient in W/m2 °C; Depending on cabinet material: K = 3,5 W/m2°C polyester cabinet; K = 3,7 W/m2°C stainless steel cabinet; K = 5,5 W/m2°C painted sheet cabinet; K = 12 W/m2°C aluminium cabinet. S-> equivalent cabinet surface in m2; Δt-> required temperature difference between internal (target ) and external cabinet temperature. Width: 66 mm Height: 89 mm MOUNTING OPTIONS œ Clips to a 35 mm DIN rail; œ Screw mounted (four mounting holes); Please ask us for special fastening options. IMPORTANT NOTES œ Wattages from 15-200 œ Bright/black anodization œ Japanese version ,100 Volt available œ Products represent standard only, all other wattage and length scheduling available œ Lightened aluminium profile available
