Rotary Systems specializes in custom-designed and custom-built rotary unions that meet the exacting requirements of our customers. We make products designed for a wide variety of applications. The process of building your rotating union starts with our experienced engineering team working with your requirements and the latest CAD/CAM technology, including AutoCad® and TEKsoft.® The manufacturing itself is done with state-of-the-art high-precision CNC lathes and multifunction CNC machining centers. Rotary Systems uses only the highest-grade materials, with every shaft heat-treated or plated and then ground between centers. We use a variety of bearings including deep-groove, polymer, and Oilite® bearings. The sealing takes place with either O-rings, quad rings, impregnated Teflon® block seals, or mechanical seals, including metal bellows for high temperature. Our assembly team assembles and tests each unit we make to assure strict quality control. At the end of the process, we deliver a high-quality product on time at a competitive price.
