MC Pressure washer series - 1

MC SERIES Manual pressure washers About the series Pressure washers of these series work in plants with an average painting productivity. They are mainly used in service plants or plants, which paint oversize elements. With large capacities of painting, automatic and spray solutions are implemented. The use of a pressure washer allows putting the chemistry under high pressure up to 200 bar what improves the cleaning effect. Washer was prepared to work in a closed circuit and it has two independent phases, first with a cleaning agent, and the second one intended for water washing. This device has been designed to minimize the effect of agents’ mixing. Washer is equipped with a microchip system with the user’s interface for easy operation of the device. Details of this series Economy and ecology Cleaning agent is taken from a heated stainless tank, which then is transmitted under high pressure to the lance. Chemistry wanders to the initial filter under the washer, where, in turn, it is sucked by a secondary filter and thrown back into the tank. Method of operation in a closed mode allows saving chemistry and minimizing problems with the environmental protection. Detergent tank is small – 200L what enables its quick heating, when there is no continuity of operation. Mixing of chemicals prevention Washer has two washing phase, both phases have separate sets of pipes, pumps, hoses and guns in order to minimize the effect of mixing these agents when changing of phases. Gutter has separate valves, which manage the return of agents. Washer is equipped with a logic controller that controls units. Between phases, there is time to drip agent. Controller will not allow giving water/detergent, when the agent from the previous phase is still lying in a collecting tray. This device also has additional protections, which in case of a sudden power cut or exclusion from the network, remember which agent was recently used and whether it has been fully pumped out. If any process is suddenly interrupted after turning on the washer, the device will automatically start his process over again.

Control and user interface User interface enables work in two modes – manual and automatic. Manual mode is a mode, in which the user changes actions manually. Pumping process is automatically started between each change of phase and its duration depends on settings in the interface. While working in the automatic mode, an operator sets 2 times, the first concerns the working time in a chemistry phase, the second is connected with the flushing time. At the beginning of the cycle, a chemistry pump begins to supply agent. After the expiration of previously arranged time, the pump turns off and...
