Design features Hydro-pneumatic stamping presse are designed according to latest technical trends. The equipment is extremely compact in spite of low weight and suitable for fixture of a variety of accessory equipment and tools, by supplier and by customer. Low space requirement and high efficiency. The essentiel advantage regarding this modern design is the free access to the worktable. Universal application RÖLTGEN stamping presses are suitable for rivetting, bending, punching or deforming (shaping) of appropriate work-pieces besides their regular stamping processes. The existing daylight (mounting height) permits application of a variety of different tools and processing of even large workpieces. High speed of slide of a press guarantees maximum pruductivity. Press power is continuously adjustable and available at any place of total stroke. These presses are applicable also for processing in horizontal or inclined position. High profitability Low energy costs and the simple, but sophisticated design of the machines provide a cost-efficient investment volume. The use of low-maintenance stamping presses guarantees utmost profitability and at the same time extremely low setting times. Work safety: Stamp presses are equipped with firm or moveable tight safety guards from resistant polycarbonate thus corresponding to the relevant UV-regulations. The various actuating demands and possible special designs are available. Workpiece input: There are various possibilities: Manual feeding as well as carriage feeding and/or automatic feeding from various levels like stacking magazine or e.g. vibrating conveyor. Further executions on demand. Actuating: Piece-counter with pre-adjustment 4-digits or corresponding to task. Suitable actuating valves permit optimum working. Also deliverable: Column of press, larger mounting height, larger working range, complete pressure intensifier to be mounted into existing equipment. Stamps, complete range of exchangeable steel types as well as special stamps and automatic numbering heads.
