Important Notes: The sensor WF12IG453S was specifically developed for double layer detection applications of crystalline solar wafers. The following requirements must be fulfilled during the measurement: 1. No electrically conductive material at the circumference of the sensor body of 26 mm diameter (1 in.) The air gap between sensor face and solar wafers surface must be kept constant during measurement. Note: The cell type is not a standardized classification. Cell type denotes the combined influence of the silicon thickness, backside surface coating and bus conductor. This influence leads to differing output voltage behavior. Important: Because the output voltage behavior depends on the wafer type, a teaching procedure is necessary.
