Vibdaq is fully operated by USB 2.0. Modules offer synchronous sampling for all channels (0 degree phase shift), inputs can be set in ICP® or voltage mode. Everything what is needed to start the process of acquiring, viewing and storing data is supplied with Vibdaq card. The VIBDAQ X+ features a high accuracy 24- bit/97 kHz A/D converter, up to 16 analog input channels (user can select the main module with the appropriate number of channels: 4, 8 or 16). No Data Lost (NDL) structure (512Mb RAM buffer), a keyboard and a graphic display on the front panel make this series of modules a unique offer on the market. NDL® is a solution developed by EC Electronics and implemented in multichannel USB instrumentation. Device control All VIBDAQ X+ parameters can be controlled via USB (from PC software) or the keyboard and the graphic display on the front panel of a unit. Analog Input and Analog to Digital conversion The VIBDAQ X+ has a 24-bit, 97 kHz/channel A/D coupled with 4/8/12/16 single-ended inputs (sampling rate can be compared to 16 channels, 2MHz standard multiplexed card). Three software-programmable ranges (x1, x10 and x100) provide inputs from ±10 V to ±100 mV full scale. Each channel can be configured by the software (or the keyboard) to set a different range, as well as ICP®/voltage input mode. The NDL system (NonDataLost) structure ensures high accuracy sampling even when operating at full 97 kS/Channel rate (>20Mb/s in USB interface). All analog inputs of VIBDAQ X+ can accept ICP® (4.7mA power current) and voltage mode transducers. When ICP® input mode is selected, open and short sensor/line circuit is tested. Sampling frequency can be selected in 5 steps. ICP® is a registered trademark of PCB Group, inc., Depew, New York.
