X12-22 SCREWLOCK

For low strength thread locking. Easy dismantling of adjustment screws, set screws andsmall fasteners. Replaces all types of locking fasteners including nylock nuts, star washers, spring washers and nylon patches. Use on low strength metals such as brass and aluminium – prevents stripped threads. For medium strength thread locking. Oil tolerant grade. For all types of metal threaded fasteners. Prevents loosening of rotating and vibrating components in gear boxes, pumps, engines, presses and electrical motors. Use on parts that may need disassembling during maintenance schedules. For high strength thread locking. For permanently locking mounting studs into pump housings, manifold assemblies, thread inserts and engine blocks. Use on all types of metal threaded fasteners. X12-77 BOLTLOCK

For high strength thread locking. Non run formulation for difficult to access applications. Designed for large thread forms up to M50. Use on all types of metal threaded fasteners. Recommended for permanently locking mounting studs, rail track bolts and any large fasteners used in the construction industry. Diameter-Maximum Gap (mm): M50 - 0.30mm. A medium strength penetrating grade designed for the sealing of hairline cracks and micro porosities found within metal components, its low viscosity characteristics allows the sealing and securing of nuts and bolts after the assembly is complete.
