ULTRAFORM COLD METAL FORMING

The ULTRAFORM range of cold metal forming lubricants have beendeveloped to provide extended tool life, prevent metal pick up and scoring and increase production rates. All the products in the range are suitable for blanking, piercing andforming of difficult materials in complex and severe shapes.

A high performance chlorine free product which provides outstanding economy in use and minimal scrap. For the most difficult operations, the product should be used undiluted to provide the highest levels of performance. Where economy is required the wide dilution range enables the product to be extended using either oil or water.
