ASSEMBLY & DRY FILM LUBRICANTS

Provide either a totally or almost dry thin MoS2(moly)film ofexceptionally high load carrying strength for application in areas where conventional lubricants fail or are inappropriate. Typically these products are used to prevent galling and pick up on assembly, to avoid contamination of a finished product or to lubricate in very arduous conditions.

DRY MOLY SPRAY

Aerosol applied thin, dry film of resin bonded MoS2(moly) which withstands high loadsand temperatures. Does not pick up dirt and dust. Use as a dry film lubricant on slides, gears, plain bearings, as an anti-seize on precision threaded components and in applications where contamination of finished components cannot be tolerated. DRY MOLY PASTE

A soft paste with high MoS2(moly) content which can be rubbed or burnished on to thesurface to give a dry bonded film with high load carrying capacity. Use for dry film lubrication where product contamination cannot be tolerated and as a lubricant or anti- seize agent on precision threads. DRY MOLY FLUID

Aresin bonded, dry film coating of molybdenum disulphide. Developed to lubricate slidingmechanisms such as plain bearings, pins, cams and slides where a wet lubricant cannot be tolerated. Temperature range up to +450ËšC. 102055L

A soft, greasy paste with a high content of MoS 2 (moly) giving a thin lubricating film whichresists high loads and prevents seizure and galling. OXYLUBE SPRAY
