WIRE ROPE LUBRICANTS

Wire ropes are frequently required to operate in the most severeconditions, often constantly exposed to the elements. ROCOL wire rope lubricants are designed to penetrate to the rope core, protecting and lubricating inside and out to extend safe working life, reducing unplanned down time and replacement costs.

WIRE ROPE DRESSING

A tenacious, semi-fluid, non-melting grease, containing MoS2(moly) which penetrates tothe rope core providing excellent lubricity and high load carrying capabilities. Repels waterand protects against corrosion, even in sea water environments. Easily applied by brush - even at low temperatures. Use on all non-friction drive type ropes in hostile conditions on drag lines, cranes, derricks, submersible platforms, steelworks equipment, tower cranes, excavators, etc. Temperature range –30ºC to +100ºC. 20026 200244kg18kg

WIRE ROPE SPRAY

BIOGEN ROPE GUARD

A solvent free, semi-fluid rope dressing. It is formulated to penetrate to the core of all wire ropes and give excellent lubrication and corrosion protection. The product also repels water, making it particularly suitable for areas of extreme water contamination. BIOGEN ROPE GUARD has been developed to ensure 100% biodegradability and relies on micro-organisms to assist in the degradation process. Temperature range –30ËšC to +100ËšC. 1904418kg
