TDSO-050 15 GHz Bandwidth Digital Sampling Oscilloscope The TDSO-050 Digital Sampling Oscilloscope (DSO) is a fully integrated, ultra compact, USB / Ethernet controlled instrument that automatically performs accurate eye-diagram analysis to characterize the quality of transmitters, receivers and interconnects with a 15GHz input BW. The TDSO-050 implements a statistical under-sampling technique with comprehensive software libraries for eye measurements, jitter analysis and processing of NRZ data.
