Our series “T 120”spindle-moulder offers the possibility to fulfill most required operations and is standardly equiped as follows: - handbrake to lock the spindle - fence with micro adjustment (upto ø 250 mm) - special V-belt for large transmissions -revolverstops with 8 positions (1 - 2 - 3) -fast changeable MK 5 spindle (4) -aspiration on both fence and underneath the table (5)The “TP”execution is equiped with:- eccentric wood clamp (6) - telescopic tenoning fence with 4 stops with memory length preadjustment,and inclinable (7)- special tenoning hood with aspiration (max ø tool 360 mm)- lineair ball bearings on the sliding table,allowing very easy moving of the sliding table assembly.A ringguard system (8),as well as an automatic “Star-Delta”starter,are available as an option. Also available as an option are the aluminium fences for the spindle guard (9). Option:digital read-out and electrical rise and fall of the spindle (can be ordered seperately) (10). The CE execution is equiped with a safety switch on the machine acces door,RPM indication and a low tension 24V safety circuit. 4 5
