| Applications The PFCspray applicators have been designed especially for applying adhesve to nonwovens disposable products and other technical laminates. They are mainly used in the production of baby diapers, sanitary towels or sophisticated textiles e.g. for the automotive or textile industry. Function The PFC spray heads with the «Precise Fber Control» technology ensure a precise, edge-accurate application of adhesive whereby the fiber strength can be fine adjusted. The adhesive is applied to the product sheet from a very short distance. Production speeds of up to 300 meters per minute can easly be reached without generating the interfering «angle's hair». Adhesives The different surfaces and material structures with various adhesve vscosities and other criteria do require optimal adhesives. The PFC spray heads can process low viscous pressure senstive adhesves (PSA) or highly viscous co-polyiamides and copolyesters as well as reacting polyurethanes (PUR). So that all these adhesves can be processed Robatech offers a wide range of suitable appliances with the corresponding pump technology. Design PFC spray heads are designed for single or multiple spray elements. | spray nozzle. This feature allows to alter the pattern widths at any speed without production stop.
