Hand Applicators HP 02 - ROBATECH - #2

The hand applicators of series HP 02 are sui­table for the manual application of all thermo­plastics such as B/A hotmelts, adhesve hot-melts, sealing compounds and polyamides in the low- to high-vscosty range from 100 to maximum 250,000 mPas. Typical applications are the manual glueing shut of all types of pa­ckaging and the industrial assembly of a wide variety of products.

The hand applicators can be used in combina­tion with all Robatech hotmelt applicators. The basc appliance supplies the hand applica­tor with hotmelt and controls the temperature. The temperature range extends as far as 210° C and is set together with the glue pressure at the hotmelt applicator. The hand applicators can be operated with piston pump units or gear pump units equipped with a pressure control valve.

The hand applicators are available in two exe­cutions: the «HP02» for bead application or the «HP02 SP> for spray application. By me­ans of an adapter the spray applicator can al­so be used for bead application.
