GGC/rgbi0410bENG RKB BEARING INDUSTRIES - BRIEF INTRODUCTION Dear Sirs, RKB is an international manufacturing organization operating in the bearing industry since 1936, currently listed and traded OTC with assigned number 4314211. The experience gained over the years has enabled us to achieve outstanding performances, particularly in the production of technological bearings for heavy duty machines and equipments, where we are recognized by both OEM and MRO customers as a preferential supplier within the top world-class manufacturers. BUSINESS SETTING Nowadays the direct operational activities of our Group involve not only Switzerland (Headquarters), but also Ireland, China, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, Belgium, Vietnam, Mexico and India, with a worldwide distribution network and exports to more than 50 Countries. PRODUCT AREAS Our production is primarily focused on three product areas: T1 Segment: miniature and small size precision ball bearings (up to 35 mm inner bore); T2 Segment: standardized rolling bearings (up to 1925 mm outside diameter); T3 Segment: technological bearings and Application Optimized Bearings (AOB). Today RKB total facilities assets exceed 88500 sqm, with a production capacity of over 350 tons of steel per month.
