W3000 WASTE BALE PACKAGING LINE

The REO-PACK W3000 is a fully automatic packaging line especiallydesigned for waste bales. The machine is based upon 3 film rolls, two for vertical packaging and 1 for horizontal packaging. The W3000 is designed for heavy-duty production with high capacity.

Technical description. A flat belt drives the ring via a frequency-regulated gear motor, the speed of the motor can be regulated between 10 and 25 rpm. The belt conveyor in the W3000 is driven by a frequency regulated motor, belt speed can be regulated between 5 and 20 meters/minute. A frequency regulated gear motor drives the Swing arm, turning speed can be regulated between 4 and 40 rpm.Std. Bale size.: Length.1800mm. Expanded bale length 2000mmWidth1100mm.
