Quality at Reagecon

Reagecon is committed to the provision of high quality products and service to all our customers, whether the products are manufactured at our facility in Shannon, Ireland or sourced from our partners. ISO9001:2000

To realise this commitment, Reagecon has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS). Reagecon utilise this QMS to ensure a structured and systematic means of working, in order to meet and, where possible, exceed our customers’ expectations. This QMS is structured around ISO 9001:2000 and involves all personnel, in all areas of the company. Reagecon has ISO certification since 1990 (see Certificate).

ISO 17025

The laboratory at Reagecon is accredited to ISO 17025 for 12different test methods. The ISO 17025 standard imposes stringent requirements that testing laboratories must comply with to demonstrate that they are technically competent and that their test results are technically valid. ISO 17025 accreditation provides independent verification of a laboratory’s claims of accuracy and traceability of analysis.

Internationally Recognised Quality

Reagecon is accredited to ISO 17025 by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB). This accreditation is recognised by the other members of the International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC) and the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA), which includes both INAB & UKAS. ISO 17025 accreditation is colloquially referred to as “UKAS accreditation” in the UK and “INAB accreditation” in Ireland.

Certificates of Analysis

Reagecon, where applicable, provide Certificates of Analyses for manufactured products. These certificates detail the specific batch lot no. and the mean assay value. They also detail the date of test and expiry date. Reagecon’s Certificates of Analyses outline the relevant traceability and test method details.
