• Filtering Technique •Firing-plants burning solid combustibles become even more popular inthe past years. Thanks to new techniques (e.g. Pellet heating) and improvements in the total combustion process, these plants have become competitive to current systems. Despite all improvements, the flue gas still contain a lot of substances which can damage electrochem- ical cells. Particular problems will occur in regards of:•increased dust soiling, •organic compounds. In order to protect your ecom instrument against such substances wehave developed simple and economical solutions. •Drying of the humid sampled gas Peltier cooler: •Dilution of sensor-damaging organic compounds Important: The gas drying at 5 °C increases the life span of the sensors. Water bath:Gas washing bottle and Peltier cooler•Pre-filtering of the dust-soiled gas •Widening of the gas surface thru bubble formation The following functions will be fulfilled using the combination Peltier cool-er and gas washing bottle: Filter:Filtering plate for ecom instrumentsThe filtering case consists of: Condensate trap: for flue gas pre-drying Fine dust filter: for flue gas pre-filtering Filtering cartridge with drying beads: for flue gas drying Filtering cartridge with activated carbon: for elimination of sensor-damaging organic compoundsMobile gas filtering caseThe filtering case consists of: Condensate trap: for flue gas pre-drying Fine dust filter: for flue gas pre-filtering Filtering cartridge with drying beads: for flue gas drying Filtering cartridge with activated carbon: for elimination of sensor-damaging organic compoundsThe gas filtering case is suitable as pre-filtering system for all flue gasanalysers with a pump performance of 1.63 l/min and up.Contact below rbr agency for more informationrbr Messtechnik GmbH · Am Grossen Teich 2 · D-58640 Iserlohn · Telefon +49(0)2371/945-5 · Fax +49(0)2371/40305Internet www.rbr.de · E-Mail info@rbr.de |
