DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM The construction of the weighing system consists of 2 parts. The frame is entirely adapted to enable load cells to be built in. The fork shoes are screwed onto the load cells. MODIFICATIONS ELECTRIC PALLET TRUCK DIMENSIONS Installation without any moving parts guarantees the weighing system's solidity. Standard fork length : 1150 mm A Fork length : + 10 mm B Fork width : + 20 mm C Minimum fork height : + 5 mm D Maximum fork height : + 5 mm E Width over forks : + 20 mm Option: other fork lengths The fork shoe is mounted onto the enforced forks. The load cells and cables are fully protected. The indicator and the optional peripheral equipment are mounted thus that they enable a good reading and at the same time do not hinder the operation of the electric pallet truck. RAVAS INDICATORS Every RAVAS indicator has its own specific function. Each application has a corresponding user-friendly indicator. The RAVAS indicators have been developed especially for mobile applications. Because of this, they have a robust construction and are resistant to shocks and vibrations. RAVAS indicators are very compact, due to the use of SMD techniques. According to norm IP65, all indicators are dust and waterproof, thus enabling use in the open. The power supply to the weighing system is from the truck battery. For more information about RAVAS indicators, please see the corresponding specification sheet.
