Digital Thermoregulator

The TH5 Thermoregulator is designed to provide accurate temperature control of the appropriate liquid up to 150°c within a tank or reservoir, and operate continuously for long periods of time. This regulator is fitted with a large capacity pump for efficient stirring within the waterbath, and can be used to pump externally. Safety features include a float switch that will remove heating if the water level falls too low, plus an over temperature alarm. The alarm will sound if the water temperature exceeds the set point and heating will stop. Details / Specifications

General

Features The user friendly Ratek PID controller has a custom program securely contained as firmware in a single microprocessor. User interface is via front panel mounted key switches and LED display. Program settings are maintained by a non-volatile RAM. Microprocessor controlled with LED panel System performance is monitored by a "watch dog" that resets the system if power is interrupted. All exposed metal components are manufactured from high grade stainless steel, and the case powder coated. An optional 2000 watt heating element is available and is recommended for volumes in excess of 20 litres when used at higher temperatures. Suitable insulated stainless steel tanks and polycarbonate waterbaths can be manufactured to order.
