After the completion and sign off of the System to the customer a fully detailed manual inclusive of maintenance and opération instruc­tions are provided. After sales, service and main­tenance contracts are offered (subject to a sepa-rate contract) and when a PLC control System is used a modem connection with 24-hour helpdesk is includes as standard.
