General Information

LUMOTAST FK Series

LUMOTAST 25 Series
This series offers illuminated pushbuttons, selector switches, keylock switches, and emergency stop pushbuttons. They feature a 16.2 mm mounting hole diameter, IP65 protection, and are RoHS compliant, supporting both click and ring nut fixing methods.

Mounting and Connection
Pushbuttons are mounted using a click quick connection or ring nut fixing, with a 4-pole pin connector or plug-in socket for PCB connections. Installation guidance is provided through connection diagrams and dimensional drawings.

Illuminated Pushbuttons
These components feature a Bi-Pin T1/T1¼ lamp socket, designed for a maximum operating force of 6 N and an operating travel of 3 mm. They support a rated voltage of up to 35 V AC/DC and a current of up to 100 mA, with an IP65 rating and an operating life of 1,000,000 operations.

Selector Switches
These switches have a snap-action contact system with a 1 NO contact arrangement, designed for a maximum operating force of 1.5 N and a specified rotating angle. They are IP65 rated with an operating life of 500,000 operations.

Keylock Switches
Featuring a mechanical lock system with 10,000 locking positions and a 90° rotating angle, these switches are designed for a maximum operating force of 1.5 N and have an operating life of 50,000 operations. They are IP65 rated.

Emergency Stop Pushbuttons
Designed for safety applications, these pushbuttons have a latching contact function with 2 NC forcibly actuated contacts, supporting a maximum operating force of 10 N and an IP65 rating, with an operating life of 15,000 operations.

Signal Lamps
Designed with a Bi-Pin T1/T1¼ lamp socket, these lamps support a maximum voltage of 24 V and power of 0.7 W, with an IP65 rating and various lens colors available.

Compliance and Standards
All products are RoHS and REACH compliant, with a degree of protection specified as IP40 according to DIN EN 60529. Environmental resistance is tested according to IEC 60068-2-14, -30, -33, and -78.
