Laser Attenuator Module
Preliminary Specification
General Description – The Laser Attenuator Module provides
linearized control of laser energy. The attenuator may be adjusted
from 0% to 100% with a shutter closure to insure no residual energy
at 0% output. An internal calibration and linearization function
simplifies setup and calibration. Attenuator modules can be
connected together in a daisy chain providing independent control
of energy in multiple wavelength systems.
