| This premium quality, in-line labeling system sets a new performance standard for pressure-sensitive labeling. Premier was specifically designed to provide reliable 24/7 performance in the harshest environments. This system will apply paper or clear film pressure-sensitive labels to a wide variety of oval, rectangular or cylindrical containers at speeds up to 400 products per minute with ±.5 mm accuracy. Available configurations include front/back, neck, full wrap or custom. The machine shown features optional redundant labeling heads for continuous non-stop operation. | Premier comes standard with "non-proprietary" Allen-Bradley PLC control and color touch screen HMI (human machine interface). The labelers are driven by stepping or servo motor. Design features include stainless steel construction and %"dia. line-shaft product handling. Product infeed is controlled via clutched feedscrews. This eliminates the need for stop gates and insures smooth, jam-free product transition at high speeds. Precision 4-axis head supports with position indicators insure fast, accurate and repeatable product changeovers. | |||
