DCS-T Series Big Bag Packing System DCS-T Series Big Bag Packing System Gravity Flow Big Bag Packing Machine: This series of big bag packing machines are designed with gravity feeding method. A pneumatically controlled two position feed gate is used to realize fast and slow feed of material. The gate automatically closes partially to slow feed mode. When target weight is reached, the gate will automatically closes completely, material is released to the bag, and the filled bag is ready to be taken away. Vibrating table on bottom of the bag helps to make compact package and is adjustable to the height of the bag. Belt Big Bag Packing Machine: This series of big bag packing machines use a belt which is controlled by transducer to feed the material to bag. Material is fed into the surge bin from customer’s hopper, then it drops onto the belt through the gate of surge bin and then is conveyed to weighing hopper. The speed of the belt and gate at the end of the belt control the feeding quantity to weigh hopper.
