| QCT Overview: The QCT is based on the Cleveland Condensing Humidity Cabinet, originally designed by the Cleveland Society for Paint Technology. The QCT simulates rain and dew by condensing liquid water directly onto the test specimen. The QCT has an automatic dry-off system, which works by blowing heated air into the test chamber. A combination of wet and dry periods can be programmed using a 24 hour repeating timer that is capable of splitting a day into 96 increments (15 minutes each).
