PRESTIGESATELLITE PUR TE
RENAL REVERSE OSMOSIS UNIT first for puT^wātėr
UNIT DESIGN
Multi patient unit - Designed to supply 4-6 dialysis machines, depending on dialysis set up and machine type.
5pm pre-filter - Protects reverse osmosis (RO) membrane.
Integral tank - Protects against feedwater pressure fluctuations and allows easy cleaning.
Integral boost pump - Enables RO membranes to operate at optimum performance.
RO membrane - Removes up to 98% of dissolved minerals, and up to 99% of organic, bacterial and particulate contaminants.
Permeate divert on start-up - Ensures consistent permeate quality.
Audible alarm with mute facility - Provides an alarm monitoring permeate quality, cleaning chemical contamination and over pressure.
User friendly display - Back-lit display clearly shows information concerning the unit operation in both text and graphic formats.
Semi-automatic chemical clean - With automatic chemical draw, recirculation and rinse, cleaning is straight forward and trouble free.
Standby recirculation for use in ITU / Acute applications -
Ensures the bacterial quality is maintained so that the unit is ready for immediate use.
Flexible start/stop facility - Interface to allow remote start/stop of the unit either via the dialysis machine, a programmable timer, or via a remote key switch.
RS232 Interface - Provides easy connection to a remote PC.
Point of use recirculation - The design of the system means that water continually recirculates to the point of use, ensuring the bacterial quality of the water is maintained.

1 For harder water a Purite water softener is required
2 Optional pre-treatment required if free chlorine >0.lppm or feedwater has a fouling index >5.
The unit is designed for a maximum TDS of 1000 mg/I, and a maximum colloidal index of 3.
The permeate recovery depends on the raw water quality and the type of pretreatment.
Errors and omissions excluded. Purite reserves the right to change specification without notice.
ACCESSORIES
Wheel kit - Fully braked wheels designed specifically for the unit to facilitate easy movement.
Cleaning chemicals - A range of cleaning and sanitising chemicals to ensure the consistent operation of the unit and to prolong the life of the membrane.
OTHER PURITE SOLUTIONS
A range of cleaning chemicals together with CIP (clean in place) trolleys are available to cater for routine membrane maintenance and for removing significant levels of fouling to ensure long membrane life.
