Description
The Pulsarpoint 200seriesisa range ofvibrating level switches, for bulk solids applications When material comes into contact with the vibrating probe the frequency of oscillation changes This isdetected and a signal generated to provideachanging output. Thismay be used to signify a material level as being high, intermediate or low dependingon configuration chosen.
The design of the blade profile and the frequency of oscillation ensure that the probe is able to resist material build up, thus providing troublefree operation.
Application
Effective management of material storage and flow prevents overflows, empty vessels, clogged orblocked chutesorconveyors. Costly or dangerous spillage, material waste or unnecessary maintenance may therefore beavoided.ThePulsarpoint 200serieshasbeen desgnedtopreverrtthesea/oidableandexpensve occurrencesinterrupting yourbusiness.

Typical applications may be found in the food, animal feed, pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics, quarrying, power generation, cement and other bulk solids materia storage industries It is suitable for most products including foodstuffs, plaster, cement, chalk, lime, granulates, wood chips, cereals, cocoa, sugar, animal feeds, washing powdersorplasticpowdersand pellets
A normal processtemperature of -20°Cto +80°C may be monitored with thestandard unit,whilst a highertemperature verson the 212, allowsa processtemperature of +140°C to be accommodated. This Pulsarpoint 212 unit uses a separate electrical enclosure, with a 2m long high temperature cable, between the fork assembly and the separated electronics.
Pulsarpoint 210
The 210 is suitable for most granular products with a bulk densty of 30g/litre or more. A relay output isstandard. The electronicsare mounted in a diecast aluminium housng. The processconnection and probeare in stainlesssteel. An adjustable senstivity setting allows easy adjustment to suit the material being monitored.
