^ Checkweigher, offers the weight control of packaged products carried on the conveyor belts. After weighing, the packages which have less or more weight are removed from the belt manuallty or by means of air. As the measurement is completed, all results are recorded for reporting. Depending on the application, the system might include one belt or three belts as infeed, weighing

and outfeed belt. Checkweigher with three belts are used to separate the products from each

other and to organize them at the exit. It is easy to install and use with its user friendly interface and an ideal tool for quality control departments.

^ö Die Kontrollwaagen, prüft das Gewicht des auf dem transportierten verpackten Ware. Zum Schluss der Wägung entfernt er Produkte mit Unter- oder Überschussgewicht manuell oder durch Lufthilfe von der Wägelinie. Am Ende der Wägung werden die Ergebnisse gespeichert und für spätere Berichterstattung aufgehoben. Je nach der Anwendung kann es nur mit einem Wägeband oder mit als ein Typ mit Eingang-, Wäge - und Ausgangsband hergestellt werden. Das Drei­bandsystem wird zur Unterscheidung der Produkte untereinander und wenn nötig zum Aussor­tierung der Produkte verwendet werden. Wegen der einfachen Installation und der leicht bedienbaren Schnittstellen ist es ideal für die Qualitätskontrollabteilungen der Betriebe.

V 1 Il nastro di controllo serve a controllare la pesatura dei prodotti imballati e convogliati sul nastro stesso. Pertanto, si utilizza per allontanare manualmente o con l'aiuto del soffio d'aria dalla linea quei prodotti che dopo la pesatura risultano mancanti o più pesanti del previsto. I risultati ottenuti dopo la misurazione, possono essere utilizzati ai fini di reporting.

A secondo dell'applicazione prescelta, il nastro di controllo puó essere prodotto con la tipologia a nastro unico costituito dal solo nastro di pesatura, oppure a triplice nastro costituito rispettivamente dal nastro di entrata, di pesatura e di uscita. Il sistema a triplice nastro puó essere utilizzato sia per separare l'uno dall'altro i prodotti presenti sul nastro e sia per metterli in ordine, qualora ciò fosse necessario. Grazie alla sua installazione rapida ed all'interfaccia di facile utilizzo, é consi­derato particolarmente adatti per i reparti di controllo qualità delle imprese di ogni genere.
