La prima sabbiatrice che, grazie al suo getto modulante, permette di sfruttare al meglio la potenza erogata dal compressore. Regolando opportunamente la pressione di lavoro e utilizzando l ugello e il tipo di inerte piø adeguati, permette di ESEGUIRE LE OPERAZIONI DI PULIZIA E/O SABBIATURA CON QUALUNQUE COMPRESSORE D’ARIA. MICRAJET , maneggevole, pratica e facile da usare, è stata progettata e realizzata per eseguire le operazioni di pulitura, sabbiatura, microsabbiatura e/o restauro di qualsiasi superficie (facciate, pietra, laterizi, cotto, marmo, travertino, legno, vetro, rame, ferro, acciaio inossidabile, etc.). Non necessita di energia elettrica, ed è disponibile in due versioni: MICRAJET 8 (modello base) e MICRAJET 8VR (modello plus ) The first sandblasting machine that, tanks to its modulating jet, allows to exploit the power supplied from the compressor. Adjusting, opportunely , the working pressure and using the most suitable nozzle and kind of inert, Micrajet allows to che, rispetto al modello base, è dotata di un avanzato sistema che permette di utilizzare anche inerti finissimi. Stabilimento di Settimo Milanese per una pressione max di lavoro di 8 bar, viene da noi fornita dotata di: valvola di sicurezza collaudata secondo la direttiva 97/23/CE (PED) manometro sistema regolazione pressione lavoro da 0,05 a 8 bar tramoggia di carico completa di setaccio vagliatore ruote per facilitarne lo spostamento valvola per la regolazione abrasivo e/o inerte sensore per comando a distanza completo di tubi per lavorare ad una distanza di mt. 4 valvola di carico abrasivo e messa in pressione serbatoio corredo lavoro composto da mt. 4 tubo per abrasivo dia. 13x21 raccordato ugello con foro ø 3 mm. ugelli optional (non in dotazione) : con foro Ø mm. 1,5 – Ø mm 4 e Ø mm 5 MICRAJET is a sandblasting machine with remote control, with CE marking , having a tank with capacity litres 8, built, tested according the updated European Norms (PED) at our factory in Settimo Milanese for a max working pressure of 8 bar. It is supplied equipped with: safety valve tested according to DIRECTIVE 97/23/CE (PED) manometer working pressure regulation system from 0,05 to 8 bar load hopper complete with sifter sieve rubber wheels for easy manipulation valve for abrasive and/or inert adjustment sensor for remote control complete with hoses to work at a distance of m.4 valve for abrasive/inert load and tank pressuring work-equipment composed of m. 4 blast hose dia. 13x21 with couplings nozzle (only core) made from tungsten carbide Ø 3 mm optional extra nozzles: Ø mm.1,5 – Ø mm 4 e Ø mm 5
