UNIVERSAL ASSEMBLY PRESS PROMESS RAPID

The Universal Assembly Press PROMESS RAPID was conceived for stamping applications in the plastics industry. In addition it is suitable for all kinds of assembly and monitoring tasks requiring short cycle times. The performance of the new unit is comparable to linear motor systems but it features a better energy efficiency. The mechanics of the new PROMESS RAPID is composed of the following components: Housing, Drive, AC-Servomotor, A gular gear, Force transducer, Press ram. The angular gear allows for a compact design where the motor is mounted parallel to the moving direction. Thus the presses can be integrated easily in existing systems – horizontal or vertical.
