Vega è un monoblocco semiautomatico, realizzato in vari modelli, appositamente studiato per medie e basse produzioni, per lavare-sterilizzare-riempire e tappare i boccioni in PET o PC da 3 a 6 galloni. I boccioni vengono inseriti manualmente in appositi supporti in materiale plastico, fissati a passo su di una catena in acciaio che compie un percorso definito e tale da contenere al massimo l’ingombro della macchina. Durante questo percorso, i boccioni scorrono su più sezioni di ugelli spruzzatori fissi (optional mobili) che lavano i boccioni sia internamente che esternamente. Il riempimento avviene tramite apposite valvole di riempimento comandate elettricamente o pneumaticamente. Il tappatore è del tipo a pressione. The Vega is a semi-automatic monoblock, constructed in a variety of models, especially designed for medium to low outputs, for washing-sterilisingfilling and capping 3 to 6 PET or PVC gallon bottles. The gallon bottles are inserted manually on special plastic supports, evenly spaced on a steel chain that follows a specific path mapped out so as to reduce the space required by the machine to a minimum. As they follow this path, the gallon bottles run above various sets of fixed spraying nozzles (mobile nozzles are optional) that wash them both inside and out. Filling is performed by electrically and pneumatically controlled filling valves. The capper is a pressure capper. Vega ist ein halbautomatischer E i n z e l b l o c k , d e r i n verschiedenen Modellen ausgeführt wird, besonders für mittlere und niedrigere Produktionen, um die Großflaschen in PET oder PC zu 3 bis Gallonen zu waschen/sterilisieren/befüllen und mit Deckel zu versehen. Die Großflaschen werden von Hand in entsprechende Träger eingesetzt, fixiert im Schritt auf einer Stahlkette, die eine definierte Strecke umfasst, um das Hindernis der Maschine s o w e i t a l s m ö g l i c h zurückzuhalten. Auf dieser Strecke durchlaufen die Großflaschen mehrere feste (optional bewegliche) Abteilungen von Sprühdüsen, welche die Großflaschen innen und außen waschen. Die Befüllung erfolgt mittels entsprechender Füllventile, die elektrisch oder pneumatisch gesteuert werden. Das Deckelgerät ist vom Drucktyp. vega
