Designed with today's factory in mind, the SigmaClean ® 360° of Part Surface Exposure
Rotary washer easily fits into any LEAN production cell toproduce clean and dry parts at minimal costs. This power-spray aqueous washer can process small to medium partsweighing up to 40 lbs at a high, continous production rate, allowing maximum production flexibility.From a single-point loading and unloading position,workpieces are placed onto planetary turntables, which inturn rotate through the cleaning and high-impact blow-offstages ensuring superior exposure of all part surfaces. The SigmaClean Parts are deposited on independent indexing planetary tables designedto rotate in the cleaning and blow-off stages. Parts rotation provides extended exposure of all partsurfaces to power-spray jets andhigh-impact blow-off providing superior cleaning and drying results.The working envelope is able toreceive parts up to 12" of diameter by 12" high allowing awide range of parts to beprocessed.A large 130 US gallon (500 litre)recirculation tank extends solutionlife and reduces the likelihood of foaming from agitation caused bypumping action.
