Agi-Spray easily fits into any LEAN production cell to produce clean and dry parts at minimal costs. Its tripleaction cleaning combines high-impact spray, turbulentimmersion and forced flushing to clean even the most complex parts. Ultrasonics can also be added foradditional precision cleaning effect.In addition to offering twice the cleaning capacity of itsrivals, SigmaClean The cleaning chamber isdesigned to receive twostandard baskets resulting inhigher production rates: from 6 to 16 baskets per hourdepending on required cycletimes.Parts are rotated through jetspray and into a continuously replenished agitated immersion bath, followed by a rinse andhigh-impact air blow-off fordrying.
