Operation up to 138°C - 2.4 Bar. The TACTROL microprocessor control system has staged illumination giving digital readouts of cycle status and the simple to set control panel features adjustable temperature and time that can be viewed simultaneously.

Pre-cycle vacuum stages can be accommodated with vacuum assisted drying and vacuum assisted cooling with the fitting of a fully automatic vacuum pump

Ideally suited for use in a wide range of applications:

Sterilisation - media preparation, liquids and diluent, waste, glassware, instruments, apparatus, health care, porous loads

Non-sterilisation - food processing, plastics, accelerated curing, construction.

Extensively used within many industries, including: food, drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agricultural, education, healthcare, research establishments and industry.

The pressure vessel is fully insurance approved.

Safety features include: special 'Stayput' locking geometry keeping the pressure door fully locked in position even in the case of failure of the drive system. A thermal cooling lock, preventing the door from being opened until the contents have cooled to a safe temperature and a pressure interlock are also fitted. The unit also features a low water level sensor, that prevents boil-dry conditions and a safety blow down valve affords further protection.

The single 28mm vent outlet pipe can be directed to a nearby drain. For make safe processing the discharge should be directed to a sealed discharge system; the system should lead by direct connection to a building drain or catchment tank.

Steam heated models have an additional 75mm working height
